When your customers are other businesses.
Many of the companies we work with sell mainly to resellers, workshops and distributors abroad. An online store designed for consumers offers almost nothing they need, so the professional buyer looks at the site and then orders the way they always have, by email.
Price lists and terms per customer
Different prices by customer or group, volume discounts, minimum order quantities, payment on terms and quote requests straight from the catalogue.
Connected to your management system
Products, prices and stock aligned automatically. No catalogue to update by hand in the evening, and no shop window still showing items that ran out weeks ago.
Selling abroad
Couriers and shipping costs calculated properly, VAT and customs paperwork handled, returns from abroad, prices and content in more than one language.
An ordering portal for resellers
Sometimes what is needed is not a shop but a private area where the sales network orders on its own. That is closer to custom software development and often pays back faster, because it replaces work someone is already doing by hand.
A few recent projects.
Four projects with different audiences and goals: from restricted trade-only selling to a product catalogue, from an institutional portal to a visitor site.

ITProducts
Wholesale distribution of telephony and IT accessories. Catalogue and prices visible only after registration and restricted to VAT-registered businesses, with a dedicated customer area and no retail sales.

Giovacchino Barni
A company in Monsummano Terme that has traded in glass containers since 1873. An online catalogue organised by product category, from bottles to jars and glasses, with enquiries arriving by email.

Caritas Toscana
An institutional site carrying news, initiatives and information sections, built to handle frequent updates and a broad audience.

Padule di Fucecchio and Lago di Sibolla nature reserves
A portal devoted to nature, biodiversity and birdwatching, built to orient visitors before they set out and to promote the area.

Websites and e-commerce: the usual questions.
What drives the cost of an online store?
Far less of it is design than people expect. The cost comes from how many products you have and how complex they are to describe, from the integrations with your management system and stock, from the payment and shipping methods you need, and from whether prices differ by customer. A simple catalogue paid by card is one project; the same catalogue tied to your management system with reseller pricing is a different one.
WooCommerce or a custom platform?
For most companies WooCommerce covers everything they need, costs less and stays manageable in house. Custom development earns its keep when the commercial logic is unusual, for instance product configurators, complex price lists, or an order flow that has to follow specific internal rules. We start from the simplest option that holds the case.
Can the store be connected to the system we already use?
Almost always. It depends on which system you run and how it allows data to be exchanged, but in most cases products, prices, stock levels and orders can be kept aligned automatically. This is the point we push hardest on, because it decides whether the store stays current or goes stale within a month.
Should our current site be fixed or rebuilt?
Fixing makes sense when the platform holds up and the problems are contained, for example content that needs rewriting or shipping that needs configuring. Rebuilding makes sense when every change needs a developer, when the platform cannot handle what you need to sell, or when your own customer and order data cannot be exported. We look at whether the site is really the problem before proposing to replace it.
Do you only work in Italy?
We are based in Montecatini Terme, in Tuscany, and clients there are followed in person, but we work with companies across Italy and with international projects. For web work, sector knowledge and continuity of support matter far more than distance.
What happens after launch?
Updates, backups, security and content changes stay available, and we show you how to handle the day-to-day yourself.
