Which technologies do you work with?
PHP and CakePHP on the backend, Vue.js and Nuxt on the frontend, MySQL and MariaDB, REST APIs, Node.js, Linux and Docker, plus the Zoho ecosystem. Backend, frontend, database, APIs and deployment are all handled in-house.

That is the most common case. We connect PMSs, CRMs, management systems, cloud platforms and third-party services to remove duplicate data entry and manual steps, which are the real source of errors and lost time.
How does a project run?
Iteratively: frequent releases and continuous feedback rather than a single handover at the end. It exists to surface anything that is not working as expected while fixing it is still cheap.
Is custom software better than an off-the-shelf product?
It depends, and the answer is not always custom. If a standard product covers almost the whole need, it is often the better buy: it costs less and somebody else maintains it. Custom software earns its place when the process being automated is something particular to your business, or when bending to a standard tool would make the way you work worse.
