Custom development

Software Development.

From your idea to code that works. We build custom software to automate processes, manage data and grow your business.

01What we build

Software that adapts to your business, not the other way round.

No two companies are the same. That’s why we build solutions around your real needs, able to integrate with the systems you already use.

🗂

Custom management systems

Tailored systems for bookings, inventory, HR or invoicing. Integrated with your existing operational flows.

🌐

Web applications

Responsive and progressive web apps (PWA) accessible from the browser, with no installation. Fast, secure and scalable.

📱

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for customers, operators or staff. From order taking to the guest experience in hotels.

🔗

Integrations and APIs

Connecting different systems to eliminate double entry and manual processes. PMS, CRM, management systems, cloud platforms and third-party services.

📊

Dashboards and analytics

Control panels to read your business data in real time. KPIs, automatic reports and visualisations for quick decisions.

Process automation

Automatic flows for invoicing, notifications, data synchronisation and reporting. Less manual work, fewer errors.

02Why choose BIT

Developers who understand your sector.

We’re not a generic software house. We know the processes of the hospitality sector and local SMEs, and we turn that into code that genuinely works.

10+

Years of experience

Real projects for hotels, restaurants and local SMEs. We know the sector’s critical integrations.

Full

Full stack

PHP/CakePHP backend, Vue.js/Nuxt frontend, database, APIs and deployment: we handle everything in-house.

Agile

Iterative development

Frequent releases and continuous feedback. You watch the project grow instead of waiting months for the final result.

Long

Ongoing support

We don’t deliver and disappear. Maintenance, updates and evolution of the software over time.

03How it works

From brief to deploy, step by step.

A structured process to deliver reliable software, on the agreed timeline and with no budget surprises.

1

Requirements analysis

We listen to your processes, map the needs and define features, technologies and delivery times.

2

Architecture and UX

We design the software’s structure and user flows. Interactive prototypes to validate before development.

3

Iterative development

Development in sprints with intermediate releases. You can test and give feedback during development, not just at the end.

4

Testing and QA

Functional, security and load testing. No release without complete validation in a staging environment.

5

Deploy and training

Going into production, team training and documentation. Post-go-live support included.

04Frequently asked

Software development: the questions we hear most.

What kind of software do you build?

Custom management systems for bookings, stock, HR or invoicing, web and progressive applications that run in the browser, iOS and Android apps, system-to-system integrations over APIs, dashboards with KPIs and automated reports, and process automation.

Which technologies do you work with?

PHP and CakePHP on the backend, Vue.js and Nuxt on the frontend, MySQL and MariaDB, REST APIs, Node.js, Linux and Docker, plus the Zoho ecosystem. Backend, frontend, database, APIs and deployment are all handled in-house.

Can you integrate with the systems we already use?

That is the most common case. We connect PMSs, CRMs, management systems, cloud platforms and third-party services to remove duplicate data entry and manual steps, which are the real source of errors and lost time.

How does a project run?

Iteratively: frequent releases and continuous feedback rather than a single handover at the end. It exists to surface anything that is not working as expected while fixing it is still cheap.

Is custom software better than an off-the-shelf product?

It depends, and the answer is not always custom. If a standard product covers almost the whole need, it is often the better buy: it costs less and somebody else maintains it. Custom software earns its place when the process being automated is something particular to your business, or when bending to a standard tool would make the way you work worse.
