Together we map the guest journey and your property’s technology stack to choose the right tools and integrate them with your PMS.
Hospitality technology: the questions we hear most.
Where should we start?
With the guest journey, not the product catalogue. First find where the property loses time or opportunities, for instance a check-in that jams the front desk on Sunday afternoons, then choose what is needed. Buying a tool before identifying the weak point is the most common way of spending well on a problem you did not have.
Will they integrate with the PMS we already use?
It is the first thing we check, before proposing anything. A tool that does not talk to the PMS forces staff into duplicate data entry, and within a few months it gets abandoned: integration is not a technical detail, it decides whether the tool actually gets used.
Do we have to change everything at once?
No, and usually that is the wrong move. Start with one piece that solves a concrete, measurable problem, check the staff actually use it, then add. Wholesale replacements during the season are the surest way to end up running two half-finished systems.
Who looks after the property after installation?
We do. We implement the tools and manage them over time, including the PMS integrations and the network they run on. In a hotel, technology is judged when something breaks on a Saturday night, not on installation day.
