BIT Informatica was born from hands-on experience: over 25 years of hotel operations and technical IT expertise coming together in a single specialised consultancy.

BIT Informatica was founded in 2015 in Montecatini Terme from the union of two complementary backgrounds: technical IT expertise and over 25 years of hands-on work in hotel operations. We know what it means to run a front desk under pressure, coordinate F&B and front office, and deal with software that doesn’t talk to each other.
This dual perspective led us to specialise in two verticals. In Hospitality we support hotels and accommodation with PMS, channel managers, booking engines and enterprise Wi-Fi. In Compliance we help companies meet environmental and chemical-safety regulations with proprietary software such as Liburna SDS and Easywaste.
